As a trustee on two different trusts, I effectively performed fiduciary duties on the assets, managed the income stream, and as appropriate, distributed the assets in accordance with the trust. Estate liabilities, taxes, and trust reporting obligations were handled expediently, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of trust beneficiaries.
As the executor on two occasions in 1997-98, and in 2010-11, I successfully minimized federal, state and local taxes to the fullest extent of the law, consolidated checking and security accounts, settled liabilities, and filed all Federal tax returns.
